Throughout this period, diligence characterized their tenure with R&F Construction, marked by determination and the ambition to master all facets of the construction trade. After nearly two decades of acquiring expertise in the construction industry, Chester, armed with experience and the realization of his capability to manage a small company, took a daring step and initiated the venture in 2019. Drawing inspiration from his nickname, "Dembo," he bestowed the name "Dembo's Special Construction" upon the company. The name pays homage to the years of dedication and the specialized skills honed throughout Chester's career.
